These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at velocityenergy.us (the "Site") and any services offered by Velocity Energy and Home Solutions, Inc. ("Velocity Energy," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, requesting a quote, submitting a form, or opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or our services.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site to learn about our solar installation, roofing, battery backup, Solar EPC, and financing services, request a free quote, and contact us. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting any form on the Site.

2. Services Described

Velocity Energy provides residential solar panel installation, solar panel removal and reinstallation, roofing (via our sister company Velocity Roofing), battery backup systems, Solar EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction) services, and financing guidance across New Jersey, Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Maryland. Descriptions of services on the Site are for general informational purposes; actual pricing, availability, and project scope are determined through a consultation and written quote/contract.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Terms & Conditions

Program Description. By providing your mobile phone number to Velocity Energy and Home Solutions — for example, through our website contact form, a free quote request, a phone call, or another interaction with our business — and by opting in to receive text messages, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from Velocity Energy and Home Solutions related to your inquiry, quote requests, appointment scheduling and reminders, service and project updates, and customer service communications. Message content will only relate to the services you have requested or engaged with us about; we do not send unrelated marketing text campaigns.

Opt-In Method. You opt in to this text messaging program by submitting your phone number through a Velocity Energy web form (such as our Contact Us or Free Quote forms) and checking any applicable SMS-consent checkbox, or by verbally providing consent to receive texts during a call with our team. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.

Message Frequency. Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with us (for example, appointment reminders around a scheduled consultation or installation). Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan.

How to Opt Out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send the SMS message "STOP," we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to re-subscribe, sign up as you did the first time, or text START and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include, but are not limited to, AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, Cricket, Google Fi, and other major U.S. wireless carriers.

No Sharing of Mobile Information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties for any purpose.

4. Intellectual Property
